Print water resistant labels with bright colors thanks to the DuraPrime ™ Duo Ink technology
Afinia L501 is the first color printer with “Duo Ink” technology, which can use both pigment ink and water based ink. In this way, the printer creates water resistant labels with bright colors of very high quality. The ability to print with two types of ink makes it possible to print both vivid, colorful labels and super durable, water resistant labels. This can be done with a very easy and quick change of the print head.
Water resistant labels
Labels printed with pigment inks are very resistant to moisture, scratching, bleaching and extreme temperatures. This type of printing is perfect for packaging as required by the GHS. Also these labels are perfect for products that are exposed to moisture
